Today, we continue to set to foundation for 2016 as we learn how to create a positive mindset for health and well-being. I believe the most essential step in creating a positive mindset for health, happiness and abundance is self-love and taking care of ourselves. Where are you on your priority list? Often times everyone and everything else comes first and there is seldom anything left for us at the end of the day. Loving yourself enough to put yourself first sometimes is necessary if we want to be there for those we love.
