Stef Sojka has a Master’s Degree in Public Health, is a Certified Health Education Specialist, Metabolic Balance® Practitioner, and Licensed RESTART® Instructor, whose personal health problems led her to a career change so that I can help other women facing similar health challenges related to metabolic and blood sugar imbalances.
Stef coach’s women on how to overcome weight-loss resistance, boost their metabolism, decrease inflammation in the body caused by the wrong food, and balance their blood sugars – without giving up treats, meals, and REAL food! Stef wants to help women so that they look and FEEL their best on a sustainable basis.
She is am a mom of two young children and of three rescue dogs. Along with my husband, they run a very crazy household!
